Diane Geiger - Diane joined the agency in 1997 as a receptionist then soon became a licensed agent and customer service representative. She and her husband Jay live on a farm near Exeter and have 4 children. Diane is a member of the St. Stephen's Parish in Exeter.

Kay C. Due - Kay began her career at FNIA in 1981. Her duties included billing and payroll as well as customer service. In 1987 she became a licensed agent and continues with customer service and bookkeeping for the agency. Kay is a lifetime resident of Exeter and along with her husband Mark they have four children. She is a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Cordova, where she teaches Sunday school and is on the the parish education committee and Women of the ELCA. Past and present community involvement includes, Volunteer for Meals on Wheels, Chamber of Commerce, Exeter-Milligan Boosters, Exeter Ball Association and Exeter-Milligan Public Schools Foundation.

Edward S. Mark, AFIS LUTCF - As Agency Agent/Owner/Principal, Ed has been a fulltime insurance agent for over 25 years. Having started in the business with a direct writing carrier it didn't take long for him to understand the importance of the independent insurance agency system and the value it brings to the table for clients. Having multiple companies to offer clients is extremely important. One company doesn't fit all. You just can't put a square peg into a round hole and that is precisely what the direct writers often force clients to do. Customers expect you to know your business and give them advice accordingly. People don't care what you know, they expect you to know your stuff, but more importantly, they expect you to care,...care about their families and their businesses. That is why the motto at FNIA is "We Make A Living By What We Do....We Make A Life By What We Give!" Ed has been married to his bride of 30 years and together they have 6 children. He has a degree in electronics has been a volunteer firefighter/EMT-AD since 1982 and has been an instrument rated pilot since 1976. Ed's community activities also included Chamber of Commerce President, Lions Club President, Parish Council, Airport Authority Chairman, School Board member, County Civil Defense Director and currently is on State Board Directors for the Nebraska Independent Insurance Agents. Ed and his family also enjoy their horses, cattle and dog. When Ed arrives home at the end of each work day his goal is be as good a person as his dog actually thinks he is.

Alan Emshoff, Crop Agent. - Alan has been licensed since 1986 and joined FNIA in 1997. Alan is married and has three daughters. He is an active volunteer coach for the Exeter Ball Association, Chamber of Commerce and his church Trinity Lutheran in Cordova. Alan is also President of First National Bank In Exeter.
